Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. We accept returns only on purchases made directly from www.revested.it.
We will not accept returns on items incorrectly purchased or damaged through customer mishandling. To return items purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with any accessories, manuals or documentation included. We will not accept returns made without a receipt. Revested reserves the right to deny any return.
To begin the return process, please contact us support@revested.it. In order to make your return, please include the following information:
• Order number
• Proof of purchase
• Video or photo of defected product
• Delivery address
• Contact telephone number
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be made in the original form of payment (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.) A full refund will be made for defective products. However, the refund excludes all shipping and handling fees for non-defective items.
Cancellations:
Already shipped items cannot be cancelled and must be returned for a refund. Please note that the return cost must be made by the customer. Contact our support to check the status of your order.
